The Role

The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to:

·         Co-ordinate a cross-functional team across multiple projects to ensure appropriate priorities are clear and projects are progressed each week.

·         Be confident to hold colleagues to account to deliver key customer and internal projects.

·         Deliver selected development projects from conception through to launch.

·         Lead effective communication between the project teams and the customer, capturing requirements, creating scope documents and running regular connects.

·         Plan and execute key account activities around the customer projects as required.

·         Distil and present key project risks/ status/ timelines/ decision points to internal stakeholders– redirect the project team based on the outcome of these conversations.

·         Collaborate and coordinate with other Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality to align on priorities and ensure project success.

·         Be a Role model for the company’s values and set an example for other staff.

·         Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members, and where appropriate, manage these colleagues.

Job requirements

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

·         Has experience in project management - ideally within a product development environment.

·         Is organised, with excellent attention to detail and can be relied upon to deliver.

·         Has significant experience of managing commercial projects through their entire lifecycles.

·         Has experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

·         Uses Microsoft Office Suite to a high level with specific experience using MS Project desirable.

·         Will be flexible and adaptable as demands and priorities change.

·         Is proactive and takes responsibility for tasks whilst having a positive, collaborative "can-do" attitude.

·         Can think critically and creatively.

·         Is a clear team player who actively supports our company culture.

·         Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
