The Role
RHEON LABS is looking for a Marketing Manager to support us through our next phase of growth as a company.
You will work with our Head of Marketing across all communications channels to deliver activity that drives new in-bound leads that align with the future strategy of the company.
This will include working with our brand partners to help enhance the visibility and credibility of RHEON™ technology to both industry leads and end consumers.
You will also work on a variety of projects across the business that support our product and business development teams achieve our growth plans.
Responsible for:
- Client Interaction. Work with our chosen partners to deliver Partner Account Plans that deliver visibility in their brand worlds.
- Brand Management. Understand and oversee our company touchpoints to ensure they meet our Brand Guidelines.
- Project Management. Run activity across our owned marketing channels that drive results, across both sales and brand metrics.
- External partnerships. Support relationships with our agency partners.
- Digital Marketing focus. Lead on social and web publishing and analytics across these channels.
Job requirements

- At least 4 years' experience in a marketing role, at least 2 years at manager level.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns that drive results across both sales and brand metrics.
- Experience across a variety of channels such as digital marketing, tradeshows and events, retail and community building.
- Experience working alongside sales counterparts to support business development campaigns.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong knowledge and passion for the Sports sector where most of our brand partners sit.
- Experience working across a mix of B2B and B2C business models.
- Experience with Adobe suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop).
